By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide high-quality custom embroidery while ensuring a clear understanding of the personalized production process. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your order.
1. Custom Design Approval
All custom embroidery designs require final approval from the customer before production begins. Once a mockup is approved, we are not responsible for any errors in spelling, color selection, or placement that were present in the approved proof. Please double-check all details.
2. Color and Texture Variations
Due to the nature of embroidery threads and different fabric types, slight variations in color and texture may occur. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact match between digital previews on a screen and the final physical thread on fabric.
3. Production and Lead Times
Each piece is custom-made. Standard production time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days after design approval. Please note that high-volume orders or complex logos may require additional processing time to ensure the highest quality.
4. Refund and Return Policy
Since each item is personalized with specific names, logos, or monograms, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is physically defective or an error was made on our part that differs from the approved digital proof.
5. Customer-Provided Garments
If the customer provides their own garments for embroidery, the company is not liable for replacement or reimbursement in the rare event of machine malfunction or fabric damage during the embroidery process. We handle all items with maximum care.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting a logo or artwork, the customer warrants that they own the rights to use said imagery. We reserve the right to refuse any designs that violate copyright laws or contain material that we deem offensive or inappropriate.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Once the production is complete, orders are shipped to the address provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided during the checkout or approval process.
