What do I need to send to place an embroidery order?

Send your logo/design (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or EPS if available), the item type (hat, polo, hoodie, etc.), quantity, preferred size, placement (left chest, front center, sleeve, back), and thread colors if you have them. If you’re not sure, we can help you choose the best placement and sizing.

Can you embroider on items I provide?

Yes. You can bring or ship your own garments/items. We’ll confirm suitability (fabric type, thickness, seams, and placement) before production. Note: we recommend bringing an extra item in case of manufacturing defects or stitching limitations on certain fabrics.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We accept small orders and bulk orders. Some designs may require a minimum depending on complexity, size, and garment type. Ask for a quick quote and we’ll recommend the most cost-effective option for your needs.

How long does custom embroidery take?

Turnaround depends on quantity and design complexity. Most orders are completed within a few business days after proof approval. Rush service may be available for time-sensitive events and uniforms.

Do you offer embroidery for events (weddings, quinceañeras, baptisms)?

Yes. We create custom embroidery for event apparel and keepsakes—names, dates, monograms, and themed designs. Popular items include robes, caps, baby blankets, shirts, and tote bags.

Will I see a proof before you embroider?

Yes. We confirm key details (placement, approximate size, thread colors, and layout) before production. Once approved, we begin embroidery. This helps avoid surprises and ensures your design looks great on the chosen garment.

Can you match specific brand colors?

We can match thread colors as closely as possible using available thread charts. Exact color matches can vary slightly depending on thread type and fabric color. If you have a reference (Pantone or sample item), share it for better accuracy.

How do I wash and care for embroidered items?

Turn garments inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and avoid harsh bleach. Air dry when possible or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the embroidery—use a cloth barrier or iron from the inside.

What is your refund or rework policy?

Because embroidery is customized, refunds are typically not available once production starts. If there’s an issue caused by our work (e.g., incorrect placement or clear production defects), we’ll review it and provide a rework or solution. We recommend reviewing the proof carefully before approval.

How do I get a quote?

Send your design, item type, quantity, and preferred size/placement. We’ll respond with pricing and estimated turnaround. For bulk orders (uniforms, teams, corporate), we can provide tiered pricing.
